  • We got back recently from 9 days at this villa and had a great time. The villa is very comfortable, spacious and well appointed. The grounds are beautiful, well maintained and clean. The staff led by Esther were very welcoming on our arrival and helpful during our stay. We were 10 people (6 adults and 4 kids) and we were all very comfortable in our own beds in the villa. The location is ideal. About 5 minutes off the highway which gives you easy access to the beach, Tulum, Acumel, etc, but when you’re at the villa you’re really on your own. One of the things we liked best about the location is that is was a very short walk (less than 10 minutes) into the village of Chemuyil where you could have dinner (highly recommend La Palaya), get some basic supplies, fresh fruit, etc. The people of the village were very nice and we even caught a local baseball game between Chemuyil and another local team. All in all a great spot to stay and would recommend to anyone who wants a quiet place a little of the tourist track, but still wants to be able to get to the tourist attractions.

  • It was a great hideaway outside of Tulum. The house and the grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Alexa was very helpful and responsive to questions and requests. The grounds keeper Ester was amazingly helpful and went far beyond when we needed her! Definitely a great find and would highly recommend, especially for a group! Tip: this place is best enjoyed with rental cars as it’s a short short drive from the beach and Tulum town.

  • This place is fantastic. Located just outside of two small towns, Chemuyil and Chan Chemuyil. We had a group of 5 traveling for business with a lot of equipment and were easily able to accommodate everyone and everything. The entire complex has a gate and wall so everything is very secure. Ester is onsite and was extremely helpful with all of our needs. There were plenty of amenities which we were unable to take full advantage of, but I would definitely return again whether it was for work or business.

  • We had a great stay at this property over the course of 5 days in January. The property grounds were gorgeous, private, and larger than they appear in the photos. We enjoyed many good days and nights grilling our meals, enjoying the pool area, the palapa, and the many other areas for chilling out. The distance to the beaches, Tulum, and other areas of interest were pretty negligible and we actually preferred some of the beaches close to the property to those in Tulum, mainly due to their more private and quiet feel. All in all, a great stay and would highly recommend this property.
