We are 20 minutes by car from Tulum and 10 minutes Akumal as well as 5 minutes by car from the beach, Xcacel Xcalelito. 

Chemuyil Club y Villas is located just outside the small village of Chemuyil. It is a typical Mexican village where you will find stalls for tacos, grilled chicken over a wood fire, convenience stores as well as 3 restaurants. There is also an HSBC ATM in the largest convenience store. 

We have created a little hideaway distant to mass tourism where you will be able to enjoy the biodiversity and natural beauty this magical location has to offer.
